Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. Orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, Altai Truth is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at hello@altaitruth.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
