Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened items.
We take great care in the quality of everything we make and stand behind every product we sell.
Wrong Item Sent
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@altaitruth.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will make it right immediately at no cost to you.
What We Do Not Cover
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Packages lost or delayed by USPS
- Dissatisfaction with results
